Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, sort, and stage customer packages accurately and efficiently

• Load and organize packages for delivery routes to ensure on-time dispatch

• Perform manual tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving packages

• Operate basic warehouse equipment and handheld scanning devices

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, quality, and productivity

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet daily operational targets

• Report damaged packages, safety hazards, or process issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting packages up to required weight limits

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines

Experience

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center experience is an advantage but not required

• Early Morning Shift, typically starting between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM (shift times may vary by location)

• Part-time and full-time schedules may be available
