Job Summary

Amazon is seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Sortation Center Associates to join our fast-paced logistics and operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Sort, scan, label, and route customer packages according to operational standards

• Load and unload packages from conveyor belts, carts, and delivery containers

• Ensure accurate handling of parcels to meet quality and productivity targets

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all Amazon safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipment deadlines

• Identify and report damaged packages or operational issues to supervisors

• Meet performance metrics related to speed, accuracy, and attendance
