In this role, you will receive various consumer goods (ranging from electronics and beauty products to snacks and household items) directly at your doorstep. Your job is to use them in your daily life and provide honest, detailed feedback to help brands improve their quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Testing: Use the provided samples according to the specific instructions provided by the research team.

• Detailed Feedback: Complete online surveys and questionnaires regarding your experience, focusing on packaging, ease of use, and effectiveness.

• Diary Studies: Occasionally maintain a daily log or user diary for products that require long-term testing (e.g., a 7-day skincare routine).

• Video Reviews: Record short, simple videos (using your smartphone) demonstrating the product or explaining your thoughts.

• Confidentiality: Maintain strict non-disclosure regarding unreleased products.

Requirements

• Experience: None! We welcome stay-at-home parents, students, and retirees. Full training on how to provide high-quality feedback is provided.

• Equipment: A smartphone or laptop with a working camera and a stable internet connection.

• Communication: Ability to write clear, honest reviews in English.

• Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines for survey submissions.

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
