As an At-Home Advisor, you are the voice of Apple. You will support customers via phone, chat, or email, helping them troubleshoot issues with their iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches. This is not just a technical support role; it is about providing the Apple experience by being empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for the full suite of Apple products and services (iCloud, Apple Music, etc.).

• Customer Success: Guide users through setup, recovery, and feature exploration with patience and clarity.

• Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and technical solutions in Apple internal systems.

• Empathy & Service: Turn a frustrating technical problem into a positive brand experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must currently reside in Canada.

• Language: Professional fluency in English. Bilingualism (French/English) is highly sought after and may qualify for a pay premium.

• Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends. (Apple is famous for its student-friendly scheduling).

• Aptitude: A deep passion for technology and a baseline knowledge of macOS and iOS.

• Professionalism: Excellent typing skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working solo.

Home Office Requirements

• Quiet Space: A private room with a door that can be closed to eliminate background noise.
