Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Freelancer – PJ) to collaborate on innovative fintech and mobile application projects. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and digital product development. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital experiences for fintech platforms and mobile apps.

As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to manage your work while contributing to cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for fintech web and mobile applications

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards

• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, fintech best practices, and emerging technologies

• Support design handoff and documentation for development teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for digital products (apps and/or web platforms)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating fintech, app, or complex product design projects

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards

• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces

• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience

• Prior experience working with fintech, SaaS, or data-driven applications is highly preferred

• Experience working as a freelancer or in startup environments is an advantage

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours

• Project-based or ongoing collaboration, depending on business needs

• Fully remote role, with availability for meetings across agreed time zones
