Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a talented and motivated React Native Developer to join our growing technology team on an exciting mobile application project. This is a fully remote (Home Office) opportunity, ideal for professionals who thrive in agile startup environments and are passionate about building high-quality mobile experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that deliver performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/services

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability

• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and component-based development

• Experience working with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming

• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development

• Prior experience in mobile application development for production environments

• Startup or project-based experience is a strong advantage

• Exposure to publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store is a plus
