We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for various business units, ranging from high-volume operations to specialized corporate roles. This is a critical position during a period of expansion, requiring a recruiter who can navigate the UAE’s unique labor market and visa regulations while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation process for a diverse portfolio of vacancies.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards (Bayut, GulfTalent), and internal databases to build a pipeline of both active and passive talent.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on local labor laws.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives professional and timely communication, upholding the company’s employer brand in the competitive UAE market.
Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) team to ensure all selected candidates successfully complete the "Dataflow" verification and UAE visa medicals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly recruitment metrics to the HR Director.
Experience: 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years within the UAE (Agency or In-house).
Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of the UAE Labour Law (Fixed-term vs. Unlimited contracts) and the visa sponsorship process.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Professional fluency in English. Arabic is a significant advantage for government-mandated Emiratisation (Nafis) targets.
Availability: Must be able to start within 30 days. Candidates on a spouse/parental sponsorship or with a transferable visa are preferred.
ATS Proficiency: Experience with systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo.
Boolean Search: Expert-level ability to use search strings to find niche talent.
Interviewing: Trained in competency-based or behavioral interview techniques (STAR method).
Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote).
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-term, with potential for renewal or conversion to permanent).
Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Compensation: Competitive monthly salary (Tax-Free).
