We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Coordinator to manage logistics operations at our distribution center located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). In this role, you will be the central link between our inventory, shipping, and documentation teams. You will ensure that all cargo movements comply with JAFZA customs regulations while optimizing storage space and maintaining 100% inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Supervise all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring physical stock matches the digital records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Customs Documentation: Prepare and verify all JAFZA-specific documentation, including Bills of Entry, Delivery Advice, and Gate Passes for customs clearance.

• Team Supervision: Coordinate the daily tasks of forklift operators, loaders, and packers to ensure peak operational efficiency.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and JAFZA fire safety regulations within the facility.

• Space Optimization: Strategically plan rack and floor space for incoming shipments to maximize warehouse capacity.

• Reporting: Generate daily stock reports and highlight any discrepancies or damaged goods to the Logistics Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination, specifically within a UAE Free Zone (JAFZA experience is highly preferred).

• Customs Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai Customs (Mirsal II) procedures and JAFZA rules regarding the transfer of goods.

• Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Language: Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.

Technical Requirements:

• WMS/ERP: Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

• Excel: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for inventory reconciliation.

• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with the operation and maintenance schedules of Reach Trucks and Forklifts.

Work Details:

• Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai.

• Schedule: Full-time (Typically Monday – Saturday, aligned with JAFZA operational hours).

• Mode: On-site (Warehouse/Office environment).
