We are seeking dynamic and service-oriented Call Center Executives to join our customer experience team. This role offers the flexibility of 100% Remote Work within the UAE, making it an ideal opportunity for both UAE Nationals (Emirati) looking to build a career in the private sector and Experienced Expats. You will be the voice of our brand, handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction is world-class.
Inbound Support: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding product inquiries, service bookings, or account support.
Problem Solving: Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to the technical team when necessary.
Data Management: Accurately log every interaction in the CRM system to ensure a seamless Customer Journey.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and adhere to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times.
Feedback Collection: Identify recurring customer pain points and share insights with the management team to improve our services.
Residency: Must be a resident of the UAE with a valid Emirates ID.
Language: * For Emirati Candidates: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
For Expat Candidates: Professional fluency in English; bilinguality (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or French) is a strong advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles.
Communication: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Internet: Reliable high-speed fiber optic connection (min 20 Mbps).
Equipment: A laptop/PC with at least 8GB RAM and a high-quality noise-canceling USB headset.
Environment: A dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise.
Shift: Rotational shifts (including morning and afternoon options).
Mode: 100% Remote / Work from Home (following an initial 1-week virtual or on-site training).
