We are seeking an experienced and reliable 3-Ton Pickup Driver for immediate hire to join our logistics and distribution team in the UAE. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to various locations across the emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.). This role requires a professional who is intimately familiar with UAE road networks and committed to maintaining the vehicle in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods Delivery: Transporting materials, equipment, or retail goods safely to designated sites or customer locations.

• Loading/Unloading: Assisting in the manual loading and unloading of the pickup, ensuring all items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.

• Navigation: Planning the most efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure on-time deliveries while avoiding heavy traffic zones.

• Documentation: Managing delivery notes, invoices, and obtaining customer signatures upon successful drop-off.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting daily pre-trip inspections (oil, tires, brakes) and reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Compliance: Strict adherence to UAE traffic laws, speed limits, and RTA/DOT regulations.

Requirements:

• License: Must possess a Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Category 3).

• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of driving experience within the UAE.

• Geographical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with major highways (E11, E311, E611) and industrial areas like JAFZA, Al Quoz, Mussafah, and Sajaa.

• Availability: Immediate joiners (candidates on cancelled visas or with a short notice period) are highly preferred.

• Language: Basic to intermediate communication skills in English (Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are added advantages).

Skills and Competencies:

• Punctuality: A proven track record of meeting delivery deadlines.

• Health: Physical stamina to handle manual loading and working in the UAE outdoor climate.

• Clean Record: A driving history with minimal black points and no major accidents.

Work Details:

• Location: Based in [Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah - depending on branch], with travel across the UAE.

• Schedule: Full-time (Typically 6 days a week).
