Job Description

We are seeking a high-velocity Inside Sales Executive to join our global SaaS team. This is a 100% Remote position based in the United Arab Emirates, but specifically aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to conducting product demos and closing deals. This role is perfect for a night owl who wants to enjoy the tax-free lifestyle of the UAE while selling into the world largest software market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound & Inbound Sales: Manage a high volume of leads, performing 50+ touchpoints daily (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build a robust pipeline.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct expert-level virtual demos, showcasing how our SaaS solution solves specific business pain points for US-based clients.

  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track lead progress, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks and maintaining an accurate sales forecast.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, navigate procurement processes, and secure signatures on annual or multi-year contracts.

  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique regulatory and business environment of North American companies.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development specifically within the SaaS or Tech industry.

  • US Market Knowledge: Proven experience selling to the North American market, including familiarity with US business culture and etiquette.

  • Communication: Flawless verbal and written English (Neutral or North American accent preferred for high-conversion phone sales).

  • Flexibility: Must be able to work US business hours (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM GST or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM GST).

Technical Requirements:

  • CRM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Sales Stack: Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.

  • Remote Setup: High-speed, stable internet and a professional, quiet workspace suitable for late-night video calls.


Work Details:

  • Location: 100% Remote (Must be physically residing in the UAE).

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (Aligned with the US Work Week).

  • Compensation: Competitive Tax-Free Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE - On Target Earnings can significantly exceed base).
