Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a talented and creative Freelance UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign of our mobile and web applications. This project-based role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of innovative digital products while working remotely with a collaborative, fast-paced startup team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing app design and user flow to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web platforms.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals.

• Apply user-centered design principles and best practices to enhance usability and engagement.

• Incorporate feedback from user testing and iterate designs accordingly.

• Maintain design consistency across all app screens and platforms.

• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in app redesign projects.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Excellent visual design sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.

• Strong communication skills for presenting and defending design decisions.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating successful app redesigns.

• Experience in mobile and web app design for multiple platforms is preferred.
