Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and creative Freelance Prompt Engineer to collaborate with innovative Singapore-based startups. As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and refining prompts to enhance AI outputs across various applications, including customer service, content creation, automation, and product innovation. This is a fully remote, freelance role, ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models to achieve accurate and contextually relevant outputs.

• Collaborate with startup teams to understand their specific AI requirements and business objectives.

• Develop strategies to optimize AI performance, including prompt engineering frameworks, templates, and guidelines.

• Conduct regular analysis of AI outputs to identify improvements and recommend changes to prompts.

• Document and maintain a library of high-performing prompts for various use cases.

• Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and trends to continuously enhance prompt engineering practices.

• Provide consulting and training to startup teams on prompt optimization and AI best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI and language models, including OpenAI GPT, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex AI-related problems.

• Experience in designing prompts for content generation, automation, or conversational AI applications.

• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.

• Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with AI models, natural language processing (NLP), or related fields.

• Proven track record of developing and refining AI prompts with measurable results.

• Experience collaborating with startups or in a freelance/consulting capacity is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Fully remote and flexible.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables on deadlines is essential.

• Some collaboration with Singapore-based teams may require occasional alignment with SG time zone.
