Job Summary

Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce platform, is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderators for our Trust & Safety team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the content across Flipkarts platforms is safe, compliant, and aligns with our community guidelines. Your work will help protect the integrity of our marketplace, enhance customer trust, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience. This is a full-time, rotational shift role with 5-day working weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, including product listings, reviews, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with Flipkarts content policies.

• Identify and flag content that violates community guidelines, legal requirements, or ethical standards.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve policy violations effectively.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency while moderating large volumes of content under tight deadlines.

• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve content quality and safety processes.

• Stay updated with Flipkarts evolving policies, guidelines, and emerging online safety threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of the English language; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make accurate judgments quickly.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce content, and online community management.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to handle policy-based decision-making.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while handling sensitive content.

Experience

• Prior experience in content moderation, online safety, trust & safety operations, or e-commerce platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts including morning, evening, and night shifts.

• 5-day workweek with two consecutive days off as per shift schedule.

• Flexibility to adapt to shift rotations is essential.
