We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business problems and technology solutions. In this role, you will analyze organizational processes, gather detailed requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and project objectives.

• Process Mapping: Analyze current business workflows and design to-be processes to increase productivity.

• Data Analysis: Interpret large datasets to identify market trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and functional specifications.

• Testing & Quality: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the defined business requirements.

• Reporting: Develop and present visual reports and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to solve complex problems and make data-backed decisions.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to facilitate meetings and present findings.

Technical Requirements:

• Data Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and SQL for data querying.

• Visualization: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.

• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management frameworks.

• Software: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
