Job Summary

Manufacturing MNC is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Finance Executive (SAP FICO) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, supporting business decision-making, and driving process improvements through effective use of SAP FICO. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, deep accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, and month-end/year-end closing

• Lead SAP FICO operations, configuration support, and troubleshooting for finance-related processes

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for audits and financial reviews

• Support cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing finance activities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and system efficiency

• Provide financial insights and support to business leaders for strategic and operational decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial reporting

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP FICO in a large or mid-sized organization

• Experience in manufacturing sector finance operations is highly preferred

• Exposure to audits, statutory compliance, and process automation initiatives

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Standard business hours (Monday to Friday)

• Flexibility may be required during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
