Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and SQL to join our dynamic team. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating interactive dashboards, and supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging data to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights for various business functions.

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand reporting requirements.

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality and accurate reporting.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests with accuracy and timeliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI for designing interactive dashboards and visualizations.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.

• Experience with Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights clearly.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Experience in data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting is required.

• Exposure to startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexibility for remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proactive attitude in identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and implementing solutions.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
