Job Summary

Wipro, a global leader in technology, consulting, and business solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter (IT/Non-IT) to join our Talent Acquisition team in 2026. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and non-IT domains to support Wipros growth objectives. This position requires strong sourcing skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

  • Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate skills, and shortlist top talent.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT roles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking.


Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT and non-IT domains.

  • Exposure to high-volume recruitment and global hiring processes is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on hiring needs.

  • Some positions may require coordination across different time zones.
