Wipro, a global leader in technology, consulting, and business solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter (IT/Non-IT) to join our Talent Acquisition team in 2026. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and non-IT domains to support Wipros growth objectives. This position requires strong sourcing skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and engage candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate skills, and shortlist top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT and non-IT domains.
Exposure to high-volume recruitment and global hiring processes is a plus.
Standard business hours with flexibility based on hiring needs.
Some positions may require coordination across different time zones.
Analytical mindset to assess candidate fit and hiring metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
