Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst (FP&A) - Budgeting & Forecasting Expert to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable financial insights, ensuring the companys growth targets are achievable and sustainable. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support the companys strategic objectives.

• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with department heads to translate operational plans into financial metrics and actionable insights.

• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-term financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.

• Assist in financial decision-making by providing in-depth analysis of business performance and investment opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) preferred.

• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.

• Prior experience in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of successfully developing financial models and delivering actionable insights that support business growth.

Working Hours

• Full-time role, standard office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with flexibility depending on business needs.

• Occasional extended hours during month-end, quarter-end, and key project deadlines.
