Job Summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team, focusing on SaaS solutions. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into high-value customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This position primarily focuses on the US and UK markets, requiring strong cross-cultural communication and understanding of SaaS sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads for SaaS products through calls, emails, and digital channels.

  • Conduct research on potential clients and target industries to identify sales opportunities.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, prospects, and opportunities accurately.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and improve lead quality.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to account management teams.

  • Continuously learn about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor solutions.

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in inside sales, SaaS lead generation, or B2B sales.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud solutions, and technology trends.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote working environment and manage multiple priorities.


Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or SaaS/B2B sales.

  • Prior exposure to international markets (preferably US/UK) is highly desirable.

  • Experience in using sales automation tools, CRM, and lead generation platforms.


Working Hours

  • US/UK shift timings (flexible working hours may be offered based on business requirements).

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional requirements on weekends for high-priority client engagement.
