Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and high-energy Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our Life & Health Insurance division. This is a unique fast-track leadership role designed for individuals who have a natural talent for sales and the desire to build and lead their own team of advisors.

In this role, you wont not just be selling insurance policies; you will be learning the business from the ground up. You will start by mastering the sales process and then quickly transition into recruiting, training, and motivating a team to help families secure their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct needs-based assessments for individuals and families to recommend appropriate Life, Health, and Disability insurance products.

  • Lead Management: Utilize company-provided leads and referrals to build a robust pipeline; no cold calling is required in our system.

  • Team Development: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents, providing them with in-the-field training and mentorship.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team sales targets and KPIs, ensuring all advisors are meeting their weekly activity goals.

  • Policy Servicing: Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry regulations and new product launches to provide expert advice.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–2 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail. While insurance experience is a plus, we prioritize character and coachability over industry history.

  • Licensing: Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a Life & Health Insurance License. (We provide study materials and guidance for the state/regional exam).

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the discipline to manage your own schedule and goals.

Technical Requirements:

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track client interactions.

  • Virtual Sales: Comfort using Zoom or Microsoft Teams for remote consultations.

  • Mobility: Must have reliable transportation for occasional in-person client meetings or team training sessions.


Work Details:

  • Location: Hybrid (Work from home with 1–2 days in the local office for leadership meetings).

  • Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday), with occasional evening appointments to accommodate client schedules.

  • Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Overrides on team production.

  • Average First-Year Earnings: $65,000 – $85,000 (Top performers exceed $100k+).
