We are looking for a data-driven Data Analyst to transform raw information into actionable business insights. In this role, you will be responsible for querying complex databases, performing deep-dive analysis, and designing visually compelling dashboards. This role offers a Flexible Work Arrangement, allowing you to balance remote work with occasional in-office collaboration or choose a schedule that maximizes your productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various relational databases.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive automated dashboards in Power BI to track company KPIs.

• Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in structured and unstructured datasets to support strategic decision-making.

• Interpret data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

• Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to improve data collection processes and data warehouse integrity.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to troubleshoot business problems or evaluate the success of new product launches.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.

• Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using data.

• Communication: Ability to tell a story with data and explain technical insights to business leaders.

Technical Requirements:

• Database: Advanced proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, Subqueries, and Window Functions).

• Visualization: Expert-level knowledge of Power BI (including DAX and Power Query/M).

• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot) and familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.

• Infrastructure: Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).

Work Details:

• Shift: Flexible Start/End Times (Core hours 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

• Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday).
