We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our remote sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and driving revenue growth. This position is perfect for a self-motivated closer who thrives in a target-driven environment. We offer a stable base pay supplemented by an uncapped high-commission structure, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads to generate interest and qualify potential customers.
Deliver professional and convincing sales pitches tailored to the customer needs and pain points.
Overcome objections and pushback using proven sales techniques and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and lead conversion quotas.
Accurately log all call activities, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to move them through the sales funnel.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor in Marketing or Business is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or a similar Phone Sales role.
Skills: Strong persuasive abilities, resilience, and an extroverted personality.
Communication: Excellent verbal English skills with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
Mindset: Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality for finding and closing deals.
Hardware: Must have a personal laptop/PC and a high-quality noise-canceling USB headset.
Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection (Ethernet connection preferred over Wi-Fi).
Software: Ability to quickly learn and navigate Dialer software (like RingCentral, Five9, or Aircall).
Workspace: A quiet, private environment free from any background noise during shift hours.
Shift: Fixed Day or Night Shift (Depending on the target market).
Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday).
Mode: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
Compensation: Base Salary + High Commission/Incentives per Sale.
