We are looking for a focused and accurate Data Entry Operator to join our overnight operations team. Your primary role will be to digitize physical records, update database information, and ensure the integrity of our corporate data. This is a high-volume processing role that requires a disciplined individual who thrives in a quiet, independent work environment during the Fixed Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input high volumes of data from various sources (scanned documents, PDF files, and hand-written notes) into the central database.

  
  

• Verify data accuracy by comparing system inputs against source documents to identify and correct errors.

  
  

• Perform regular data backups and maintain an organized filing system for digital records.

• Generate weekly reports on data progress and highlight any inconsistencies in the source material.

• Scan and index documents to ensure easy retrieval for other departments.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 0–1 year in data entry, clerical work, or a similar administrative role (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Typing Skills: Minimum consistent typing speed of 40 WPM with 98%+ accuracy.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors in long strings of alphanumeric data.

Technical Requirements:

• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting) and Google Sheets.

  
  

• Hardware: Must be comfortable working with dual-monitor setups and high-speed document scanners.

• Tools: Familiarity with basic OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software is a plus.

Work Details:

• Shift: Fixed Night Shift (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

• Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday).
