Job Summary:

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/Next.js, Node.js) and a strong focus on AI integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack with a focus on Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized front-end performance.

• Integrate AI and machine learning models into web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI engineers, UX/UI designers, product managers) to implement features from concept to production.

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and modern development standards.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

• Contribute to system architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance and maintainability.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in AI, web development, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.

• Experience with MongoDB and Express.js, including schema design and RESTful API development.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications (e.g., via APIs or custom implementations).

• Familiarity with serverless architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker).

• Understanding of web application security, authentication, and authorization best practices.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record of building production-ready web applications with modern frameworks.

• Prior experience with AI or ML integration in commercial applications is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, flexible hours with a hybrid/remote work option.
